Major (ret) Adil Raja, a YouTuber who was detained by British authorities on suspicion of inciting terrorism within Pakistan, has been released, according to his attorney, who made the announcement on Wednesday.

Adil Raja was arrested from his house and imprisoned at a police station in connection with the allegations made by Pakistani officials, according to Mahtab Aziz, Adil Raja’s attorney, who was speaking at a news conference. However, his client has since been freed.

The attorney asserted that he did not think Raja participated in any illicit activity or encouraged terrorism.
