29 individuals have died in Pakistan in the previous 24 hours as a result of a new coronavirus, bringing the total number of positive cases to 1,486,361. As of Monday, Pakistan’s overall death toll stood at 29,801.

According to the most recent National Command and Operation Center (NCOC) figures, 2,662 people tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 24 hours.

The province with the largest number of deaths is Punjab, followed by Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

The outbreak has claimed the lives of 13,363 people in Punjab, 7,980 in Sindh, 6,130 in KP, 999 in Islamabad, 769 in Azad Kashmir, 371 in Balochistan, and 189 in Gilgit Baltistan.
