The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has agreed to draught a new code of conduct for the General Elections of 2023 and Local Body Elections.
According to sources, debates will also take place on the Elections Amendment Ordinance, which addresses adjustments to the code of conduct. The ECP has began work on a new code of conduct and has invited all parliamentary parties to a consultation meeting on March 8 at 2 p.m., headed by the Chief Election Commissioner.
