BAHAWALPUR, (APP -:The Bahawalpur Union of Journalists (BhUJ) has requested that media outlets pay journalists and media employees as soon as possible.
The Bahawalpur Union of Journalists (BhUJ) met in the Bahawalpur Press Club, with its President, A. Majeed Gill, in the chair.
Ameen Abbasi, General Secretary of the Pakistan Federal Union of Journalists (PFUJ), Syed Rashid Aziz Hashmi, and others were also present during the meeting.
The gathering regretted that numerous media outlets had refused to pay wages and stipends to journalists and media employees despite receiving government and private sector ads.
